01Who is Stay Safe Electrical & Plumbing?
Stay Safe Electrical & Plumbing is a Sutton-based firm led by director Ollie Coster, covering Surrey and South London. It's a limited company registered at Companies House (No. 11062677) since November 2017, rated 5.0 on Google — and it's Ollie whose name customers keep writing in their reviews.
Do you cover both electrics and plumbing?
Yes — that's the point. From fuse boards, EICRs, EV chargers and lighting to boilers and bathrooms, both trades are under one roof. So a bathroom or kitchen job isn't split across two firms who blame each other; one team handles the power, the lighting and the pipework.
Do you work for homes and businesses?
Both. Domestic work from a single socket to a full rewire, and commercial work including gyms, leisure, spas, shop units and fit-outs — the same firm and the same standard apply to each.
What area do you cover?

How quickly can you attend an emergency?
For urgent problems, calling is always fastest — reactive maintenance and emergency call-out run 24 hours a day. One customer called with an emergency and had it attended and rectified within the hour, which is what we aim for.
What are your hours?
Open 24 hours, 7 days a week for reactive maintenance and emergency call-out — so a fault or a leak outside normal working hours doesn't have to wait until morning.
Who actually comes to do the work?
Stay Safe's own team, led by Ollie — the person whose name sits under the five-star reviews. We don't pass your job to an anonymous stranger.
Will the work be tidy and low-fuss?
That's what reviewers highlight — 'professional, courteous', 'takes pride in his work', and taking care of 'a few extra bits without charging extra'. We turn up when we say we will, work cleanly, and leave your home as we'd want ours left.

04Do you carry out EICRs and landlord certificates?
Yes. Electrical Installation Condition Reports and periodic inspections, landlord and insurance reports, installation certificates, fault finding and coded remedial works — with any findings explained clearly rather than leaving you with a page of codes.
Can you do a full house, kitchen or bathroom refit?
Yes. Full rewires, kitchen and bathroom refits, extensions and additions — and because we cover plumbing too, a bathroom or kitchen can have its power, lighting and pipework handled by one firm on one programme.
Do you install EV chargers, aerials and smart-home AV?
Yes. Home and commercial EV charging points, TV aerials and satellite, data networking and WiFi, and AV / HDMI / SONOS media walls and smart-home integration — all installed and terminated properly by the same firm doing your power and lighting.
Can you take on commercial work?
Yes. Commercial installation and rewiring — gyms, leisure, spas, saunas, shop units and fit-outs — plus emergency lighting and specialist installs. Designed, installed and certified, planned around your trading hours.
